Let's Evolve: Universal Remote Education
I read today that kids are being punished and put into quarantine if they speak at a high school in Georgia. There is nothing like an extra jolt of unchecked insanity like this to inspire a little brainstorming.
What is the justification for that draconian practice? It is obviously concern about germ spread so let's send everyone home and begin 100% home schooling because apparently, the lectures are spreading germs when teachers are speaking. It's not like teacher germs are any different than student germs, or teachers would be exempt from wearing masks, right?
Since the public education facilities are now being treated as dangerous biohazard zones, where teachers have loudly protested that they are at great risk because of forced public exposure, lets auction off all of this real estate and utilize fully remote, germ-free lessons. We already did a practice run last year so let's not pretend this cannot work. The teachers said that their health is in jeopardy by attending classrooms so let's help them out. If we are willing to do that temporarily, let's do it right and enjoy a whole new and improved paradigm for delivering education permanently.
Consider when you watch a streamed program in the comfort and safety of your home. You do not have to adhere to some rigid schedule to see it. It's available at your convenience. Another aspect of this remote convenience is the one-to-many delivery. They do not custom produce the program or movie for each viewer or small group of individuals. It is produced once and delivered on demand, as desired, to all. This can be applied very effectively to delivering education.
Our current approach to education is analogous to having studio productions at limited locations, where people gather in small groups to gain access to live presentations. Of course, that would be way more expensive (and inconvenient) if things were done that way in the entertainment industry, especially on a daily basis. That cost burden is evident by our property taxes because this is the approach that we are mainly using in the education sector in spite of technological advances that make it unnecessary.
In the past, the approach taken to deliver education has largely been either one-to-few or one-on-one delivery. The rise of technology brought about the existence of online universities, where the one-to-many paradigm has also become fairly common.
The online universities have demonstrated that we can fire ALL of the teachers since they are not needed if this approach is applied universally to public education. Instead of the tremendous burden imposed by the salaries and benefits required to maintain armies of teachers, each state could have a staff of top notch educators who provide taped quality lessons that can be streamed to the students at the convenience of the families' schedules.
Educational knowledge does not have a local context. Subject matter information does not change from one school district to the next. 2 + 2 = 4 everywhere. Having school districts is only necessary to manage the giant amount of burden imposed by the ancient, obsolete system that we have in place. Let's consider the pros and cons of transitioning to universal remote education.
CONS:
Well, the teachers obviously won't like becoming unemployed, but that's life. Do they shed any tears when there are demands for shrinking our military? Those service members lose their paychecks and lodging when that happens. Today, there are far fewer disco ball factory workers cranking out those sparkly devices, and the horse and buggy specialists went extinct long ago. When things change, people and industries must adapt with it. Yeah, teachers will just have to take all of their "advanced academic knowledge" that is shared to prepare our youth for surviving in the real world and apply it themselves to survive in the competitive world outside of academia. They will miss those long summer, spring and holiday breaks that are not available for everyone else, but they'll find a way to adjust.
Of course, households will have to adapt to having the kids stay home, but this isn't new. We went through this last year, and we will have to deal with it every time that the government decides to impose similar drastic measures again. In fact, we go through this every summer, every Christmas break, every spring break and every school holiday. We adjust our lives to have our kids home whenever it is convenient for the educators. Jumping back and forth between the demands of home schooling and breaks or classroom attendance days is disruptive to our lifestyles. Choosing one constant rhythm is more stable than reacting and re-adjusting to the whims of the government. Real time video monitoring and communication technologies make having kids at home a doable norm. More people than ever are working from home, and for the ones that can't who want babysitters, there will be many thousands of newly unemployed teachers to help fill those demands. Private schools and home schooling pools can also be considered.
PROS:
Public system teachers are government dependents, and they tend to vote as such (yeah, Democrat). Having fewer government workers around directly translates to smaller government and having more citizens with independent mindsets. Teachers don't have much of opportunity for upward mobility and prosperity so as a collective, they lean further toward the socialist end of the spectrum than people working in competitive sectors. Having fewer people in socialist-friendly positions will help to erode its popularity.
As we have come to learn, public schools are not just teaching academic material. They are pushing Marxist ideals, gender blender confusion, and impose absurdities such as Critical Race Theory that declare that many parents are racists for simply being born white. They have even exposed very young children to story reading sessions performed by drag queens, but discourage patriotism as unacceptable. All of this nonsense can be eliminated with universal remote education.
In addition to the obvious savings gained by eliminating armies of unnecessary teachers, there's a ton of money that can be saved in overhead costs as well. The district budget and policy challenges would be gone so there would be no need for district school board officials as school districts are dissolved. School properties can be sold off to eliminate their maintenance and utilities burdens. School buses can be retired forever along with their associated acquisition costs, maintenance, repairs, insurance, fuel, staffing, and traffic accidents.
Consider all of the traffic disruptions from school zones and school bus loading/unloading. You could kiss those goodbye.
The world leader creeps are quite obsessed with carbon footprints and lock downs so they should be drooling over this approach. Their minions have been insisting that our planet is entering a crisis because of humanity's carbon footprint. Well, transporting tens of millions of kids every school day definitely isn't green. Having them learn at home is. The NWO also loves centralization of government. Eliminating the school districts and transferring all control and management to the state level is centralization. They would also be thrilled to know that all students will have access to gender neutral bathrooms at home.
Although these principles do align with NWO agendas in those regards, it is very doubtful that the puppet masters would endorse this idea. For starters, they aren't interested in relieving citizens of expenses and taxes. This is obvious from everything else that they do. The easier it gets for individuals to succeed, the harder it gets to control them. It could also damage their political positioning because teachers vote as government dependents. If they stop being government dependents, it is very likely that it could also affect they way that they vote. When the system taxes you more than it gives you, it tends to change your perspective on government matters. It is also extremely unlikely that the NWO would surrender one of its strongest channels for indoctrinating our youth to support their agendas. They would be as enthusiastic about losing this indoctrination channel as giving up their control over the MSM networks and crony politicians.
The universal remote schooling approach also allows for a truly consistent, high quality education. By choosing only the best to provide the lecture programs, we rid ourselves of all of those lazy bad apples and predators found in too many classrooms. They give awards to recognize top notch teachers, and this can be the way to give all students access to top notch teachers.
For the last benefit, let's not forget their occasional hysteria over school shootings. If there are no schools, there are no school shootings. This eliminates that boogie man. Remember when Obama said, "If it saves one child ..."? Well, this approach achieves that without weakening our guarantee from tyranny. Bullying at school would also become a thing of the past.
In closing, remember that video rental stores closed their doors as streaming services introduced technologies that rendered them obsolete. We allowed technological evolution to run its course and improve the way that we enjoy entertainment. Isn't education more important than that? It can benefit similarly so that there is no need for retaining what is essentially a foster care system that has become intrusive, unreliable, tyrannical and dangerous. Let your children come home where they can talk and they can breathe without wearing a germ trap on their face all day.
I like it!
